Single-stage, three-station molding system
The Direct Heatcon technology enables raw material to be molded into finished containers in just three stations. It does not require preform reheating so it is a very energy efficient system.
High cycle molding system
Thin-walled preforms mean faster molding
The greatly increased injection rate allows molding of thin-walled preforms. The Direct Heatcon system enables stable molding with a preform wall thickness of 1.9mm. Benefits of lightweighting the container are reduced material usage and faster preform molding cycles.
Dry cycle time drastically reduced
The new simultaneous movement circuit enables simultaneous upper and lower mold movement during preform molding, which has drastically reduced the machine's dry cycle time. Aoki’s technical policy is to thoroughly remove all unnecessary movement to produce as simple a system as possible. High cycle molding is the result of minimizing this waste during molding. This technology is also perfect for mass production needs.
