The project is receiving high praise around the world as it enables new PET bottles to be produced directly from washed and ground flake material from used PET bottles."
Molding containers directly from 100% recycled PET flakes
AOKI Series molding machines are able to mold very high quality containers from 100% recycled PET flake material. Aoki has developed this molding technology, based on its unique Direct Heatcon technology, that molds containers directly from flake material. The technology requires much less energy than normal technologies for molding from recycled pellet material.
Recycling-oriented society - global initiatives beginning
These products are examples of customers installing AOKI Series machines and molding new PET bottles from post-consumer PET bottles. Molded in Japan, these household detergent bottles are being molded from 100% recycled flake material.
