Appropriate selection of material is essential to the molding of high-pressure containers, and secondary manufacturing may also be necessary. Internal pressure depends upon container application. Pressure resistance of about 4vol is required by carbonated drink bottles.

特殊な材料を使用しますか?

Do high-pressure containers require special molding material?

Appropriate selection of material is essential to the molding of high-pressure containers. Though it depends upon internal pressure, secondary manufacturing may also be necessary. PET cans can be molded using standard PET resin, but we recommend the use of a more appropriate grade. Standard PET resin can be used for molding carbonated drink bottles.
